Associations are required to have certain types of insurance for common areas and for protection of the corporation. In addition, owners are required to have proper insurance on their property.

Consult with your insurance advisor or agent to determine the insurance coverage that best suits your personal needs. Our Association carries property and liability insurance for the common areas. To obtain details of coverage, contact:

Utilities for our Community are provided as follows:

Trash Collection

The Association has contracted Lakeshore Recycling Systems to remove both waste & recycling from the building three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays.

Recycling containers are located in the 2317 & 2327 W Wolfram Garbage Rooms.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

High Speed internet: 

Webpass is offering 200 Mbps Ethernet Internet for $60 per month (including taxes).

Wolfram Towers residents are able to make appointments for individual installations by visiting webpass.net or calling 1-800-WEBPASS.
